About me

I provide counseling and Gestalt psychotherapy services (under supervision) in Croatian, English and Macedonian language.

I am a 5th year Gestalt psychotherapy trainee under supervision in a four and a half year education of gestalt psychotherapy at the Psihika Institute that is European Accredited Psychotherapy Training Institute (EAPTI) and member of European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT).

I completed studies in the The Propaedeutics of Psychotherapy and education in EMDR Europe Level 1.

I consider counseling and psychotherapy to be my life calling – as I experienced myself that nothing heals a person as much as human connection, understanding, acceptance, empathy and support does.

Counseling and Gestalt psychotherapy

I provide life counseling services and gestalt psychotherapy (under supervision) in Croatian, English and Macedonian language via my private business.

Life counseling (and psychotherapy) is best described by the question that is asked by the life counselor on the first session:

“What would change/ who would you become – if this life counseling – by your expectations – succeeded?”

The aim is to enable the client to define and achieve their goals as successfully as possible, to better understand themselves and their relationship with other people, and to help the client to successfully master the skill of holding his life’s course in his own hands – but also to stop negative beliefs and patterns in thinking and doing that are no longer serving the client (higher self awareness and mentalization).

Simply said – the goal of life counseling (and psychotherapy) is to improve life quality.
